Upload Your Data

Prepare your FASTA file and upload it through our interface. Don't forget to press the "Upload File" button after selecting the file. Supports files up to 50MB.

Configure Parameters

Select databases and adjust analysis parameters. Default settings work well for most use cases. Don't forget to adjust the sequence Type according to your input.

Get Results

Monitor progress and download comprehensive results including annotations and visualizations.
